In its first season, The Square has provided many artists, musicians, actors, directors, dancers and other figures in the fields of art, culture and showbusiness with an original platform to showcase their latest projects.
The series has been named by Artribune the most interesting art-related TV show of the year.
This year, The Square becomes more of a magazine, a container with a 360° view on the artistic scene, its protagonists and its offerings.
Besides welcoming and interviewing guests in his studio/construction-site, Nicolas will introduce and launch reports from museums and exhibitions all over Italy.
Also among the innovations of season two is the new animated segment Crazy times. The craziest years in the history of art, to recount the best years of the 20th Century through the lens of art, culture and history and to gain a new outlook on some of the century’s great masterpieces by discovering what was happening in the world at large while they were being created.
